General conditions of the sale.

The general conditions of sale (CGdV) determine the relationship between Custime and the customers of www.custime.com. The parties are united contractually by the CGdV once the order has been confirmed.

Article 2 : Guarantee against all manufacturing defects

Our products are of excellent quality and manufactured with the greatest care. They are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for two years.

The battery is not included in this guarantee. Our watches are equipped with standard batteries that can easily be found in any shop with a watch section. However, we suggest that you leave the replacement of the battery to a professional.

The bracelet in leather is only guaranteed against a manufacturing defect announced once you have received the watch.

If the item bought does not function properly while it is still under guarantee, we will either repair or replace it once it is in our possession.

Custime is not responsible for errors in the written text, or for the bad quality of the image uploaded.

The confirmation mail of the order acts as proof and unites both parties.

The price of the personalised product on custime.com is not fixed. It depends on the components, the type of customisation chosen, and on the quantity ordered.

The base price is calculated in Swiss francs (CHF). A list of the equivalence of currency in €, in $ and in £ is automatically established and displayed according to the location of consultation. It is based on the exchange rate given by the 'banque cantonale neuchâteloise' at the date clearly stipulated. The price of the day when the order has been successfully passed will act as proof.

Items ordered in large amounts benefit from a reduced price.

Article 4 : Method of payment

The payment of the order can be made by the following ways :

By bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Postcard)

By advance payment on a postal account.

The system of payment is secured according to the strictest standards in this domain. All information concerning bank cards are perfectly protected. The security of the transactions is guaranteed by the norm SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information concerning the credit card used is directly transferred to the bank, without having to pass through the custime.com server.

Whatever method of payment you choose, the execution of the order will only be made after the payment, or once the payment by credit card has been validated by our financial institution partner.

Once the payment is validated, you will automatically receive a confirmation mail.

In collaboration with postal services renowned for the quality of their services and their promptness, we assure you the delivery of your order all around the world.

The price of the port and packaging indicated in the ordering cart corresponds precisely to the price that costs custime.com.

All eventual fees at customs and taxes will be at the customer's charge.

Article 6 : Delivery

The delivery delay will be seven days starting from the day after the payment or the day when the payment by credit card has been validated by our financial institution partner.

A system allowing the monitoring of orders has been made available (Track & trace ).

In accordance with Swiss laws concerning the protection of data, all your personal information is treated with the greatest confidentiality and discretion possible. All sensible information, such as credit cards, is transferred via the technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

No personal data will be commercialised and transmitted to third parties. Unless you are opposed to this, we will use your e-mail address to inform you on promotional offers, or let you know of the availability of new products. Even if you do accept, this accord can be easily cancelled at any time.

It is strictly prohibited to circulate, to produce, or to make produce any item and motif that violates the author's rights, the rights of brands, rights of reproduction, or any other rights of property belonging to another person. Custime.com will not be able to, in any case, be held responsible for the contents sent for the realisation of a personalised item (text, photographs or any other support), or for the eventual loss or damage due to the realisation, commercialisation or publication of these contents.

In addition, Custime.com reserves the right to delete directly all contents such as logos, graphics, images, text, that violate rights on intellectual property.

In case of violation of the rights of a third party by partner shops, those involved will have to accept full responsibility without implicating in whatever way Custime.com.

Custime.com is the property of the society Custime Ltd Co. Custime.com is a registered trademark. All rights relating to the brand and the portal belong to Custime Ltd Co. and are protected by Swiss rights on the author's rights as well as international accords on the subject. The copyright covers the entire software used for the portal and on-line order. Any form or copy or reproduction is prohibited.

In the event where one of the clauses of the CGdV are nullified and void by a change of legislation, of regulations or by the decision of a court of justice, this in no way affects the validity and the respect of the present conditions of sale. The same applies for eventual flaws in regulation matters.

Article 11 : Lawsuit

In case of disputes, the court of justice of the location of the headquarters of Custime Ltd Co. is the only competent and this regardless of the location our products have been delivered.

For the interpretation of the general conditions of sale, translated into another language, only the French version acts as proof.
